Customer Support – 50% - Support Customer requests received directly, same as above list - Handle customer service inquiries quickly and effectively with the assistance of our Customer Support team. Leverage technical resources at Goodway to get the job done. - Follow through with customers who have requested technical support or field service, to ensure they are back up and running and satisfied. Focus on reducing down time for customers.   Sales Support – 20% - Support Outside Sales team in a helpful manner by creating quotes, sending invoices, creating dummy invoices, providing lead times, non-stock requests, credit applications, vendor setup forms, processing orders and rental/demo orders, filing expense reports, scheduling travel, bill customers for missing demo items, follow up on past due invoices, and other tasks as needed - Work with other internal Goodway departments (Shipping, Repairs, Production, Engineering, etc.) to handle time sensitive shipments, expedite customer repairs, non-stock requests and other tasks as needed - Help prepare tradeshow equipment shipments -   Logistics Support – 10% - Keep our demo machine fleet schedule, update once a week and coordinate closely with outside sales team - Schedule and coordinate freight pickups from customers - Handle freight re-consignments and expedited shipments quickly - Follow up on freight pickups to ensure they are picked up on time, and arrive at their destination by the demo date specified by Outside Sales team member Field Service Technician Support – 20% - Work with Customer Support and Sales team to turn customer field service requests into work orders - Ensure customer satisfaction with our field service program through routine follow ups - Address issues that arise quickly and effectively - Perform required preventative maintenance service and diagnose/troubleshoot/repair equipment under contract as scheduled, while minimizing downtime and site operation - disruption - Educate customers on basic operation of their equipment, informing them of issues they may experience and the necessary corrective actions. - Help train our 3rd-party field service providers - Maintain and safeguard company-issued tools and equipment. - Maintain company vehicle in safe and operational condition and maintain current valid driver’s license at all times. - Timely and accurate completion of paperwork including field service reports and expense reports. - Maintain technical documentation for study and/or review. - Attend product specific trainings as necessary. - Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks - Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols - Additional duties as needed and assigned. (flexibility is paramount)   Additional Tasks Responsible for executing additional tasks related to the position as needed or as assigned.

In the role of the Part-time Sales Assistant you will part of the sales team and perform the following: Responsibilities: • Processing information that comes in from email, fax & web submission and typed orders from the sales department • Communication with customer service ,sales & management to clarify information • Enter orders into a proprietary software • Additional duties as assigned • In depth review and scrub of signed purchase orders for accuracy, completeness and data integrity • Enter signed purchase orders in the Operational Support/Billing System • Liaison between sales engineers and internal personnel to assist in coordination of service delivery and resolving issues • Develop and maintain in depth knowledge of product catalog, pricing, and promotions • Ensure delivery of excellent customer service through timely and accurate processing of orders, communication and coordination with other departments to resolve inquiries • Support the sales team in a variety of administrative tasks as required • Provide and assist with technical information about tools and materials

Essential Functions: • Working from work samples, work instructions, bill of materials and/or verbal instructions assemble products. Use hand tools and other assembly aid as necessary. • Maintaining a safe, clean work area. Assist in keeping overall warehouse stocked and orderly. • Becoming familiar with warehouse layout and where parts are stored. • Working from a packing list, select proper quantities of items ordered by customer. Record information on packing lists. • Protecting items for shipment and place in properly sized boxes. • Lifting heavy boxes is required. • Willing to work in a very fast paced environment. • Standing, walking and climbing of stairs is the norm. • Ability to handle multiple tasks and change tasks frequently, as required. Other specialized tasks may include: • Preparing orders for international shipment. • Preparing order for shipment by truck. • Updating reports on the computer (Excel). • Setting up and using the bagging machine. • Fork lift operation, after being trained and licensed.
